Your team and area of ​​responsibility

In the role of Consultant Manager, you will belong to a team that works with all business areas. In Uppsala, we are the largest in the areas of technology and IT, where we will ensure that you have the knowledge required for these profiles. Even if a lot of work is done independently, you and the team are committed to your common goals, results and the continued development and growth of the business areas.

Your boss and your development

Your team leader is Josefin and she works as a Recruitment Consultant, which means that she recruits directly to a customer who then hires themselves. We have chosen to have operational managers so that you get the best support in your role. We have a dedicated development program where you in your role as Consultant Manager have a clear development plan on an annual basis to develop your abilities and sharpen your skills. Our training program is called Career Steps and the program is followed up regularly by your manager.


  • Recruitment: Requirements profile, advertisement, selection, interview, presentation to customer and recruitment process
  • Build customer relationships: Build and maintain a business relationship with your customers
  • Personnel responsibility for consultants: Follow-up of well-being, development, work environment, develop your leadership, labor law, etc.

What do you bring with you in the role of Consultant Manager?

  • Relevant academic education in personnel science / HR, behavioral science, service management or similar
  • Work experience of service-related work and customer contact
  • B driving license
  • Masters Swedish fluently in speech and writing and masters English well in speech and writing, as you will conduct dialogue, assimilate education, etc. in both languages

What is desirable experience?

  • Start: January or earlier by appointment
  • Scope: Full-time, until further notice with 6 months probationary employment
  • Location: Central Uppsala
