Finance student at Arbejdernes Landsbank
With a student place at Arbejdernes Landsbank, you take the next step in your career. You choose a financial education over 2 years, where time flies by. The education offers an exciting time full of challenges and success experiences. Our position is that your education should resemble the real world as much as possible.
To give you the best training, we have tailored a training course that gives you insight into our products, systems and attitudes in relation to customer advice. This education takes place via the Financial Sector Education Center. So that the theoretical part does not stand alone, we ensure that theory and practice are connected, and prepare personal competence goals and training plans for you, so that we – together with you – ensure that the tools you learn on the school bench are used in your everyday life.
During the period you get many different kinds of tasks, for example:
- Customer service
- Guidance and sales of the bank’s products
- Advice on real estate financing, loans, insurance, pension & investment
You will be associated with a mentor in your branch throughout the education, and there will be ample opportunity to network and spar with other students and financial trainees in the bank.
Who are you?
You have completed a high school education with a good result – eg HHX, STX, HTX, HF, EUX Finans. It may also be that you are a real estate agent, insurance broker, etc. and would like to change direction. (However, you must not have completed a possible financial economics education when you are to be a student)
In addition, we emphasize that you:
- Has drive, is outgoing, results-oriented and ambitious
- Is service and performance oriented
- Has a present personality and a good human understanding
Customer advisor – service
Until August 2022, when you become a finance student, you will be employed as a customer advisor – service, where you and your colleagues are responsible for serving customers at the counter. It will be your job to take care of the here and now tasks. For example, you must provide service and advice in connection with:
- Self-service systems and payment cards
- Creation of customer exposures / deposit accounts
- Less borrowing and credit needs
