Information about the service
Tele2 is one of Sweden’s largest providers of fixed telephony, mobile telephony, broadband, TV and streaming as well as internet and data services. They have offices in several cities around the country and now the office in Karlskoga will expand with the majority of employees. Therefore, Professionals Nord is looking for a customer service employee on behalf of Tele2.
You will belong to a team of about 15 people and for you with the right drive there are good development opportunities. The assignment is part of our staffing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Tele2. The intention is that in the long run you will be able to be employed directly with them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.

We are looking for both customer service employees and customer service employees with a more focused focus on sales, your tasks will thus differ to some extent depending on which service you are most interested in. Regardless of role, you as a customer service employee at Tele2 will provide service to our customers with the phone and computer as the main work tool. You will work with small / medium / large customers and the products are in mobile telephony, mobile broadband and fiber. The role involves working towards set KPIs and goals.
You have an hourly wage according to a collective agreement and a fixed income every month. In addition, there is a variable part in the form of commission. To get into the role, you get a dedicated mentor and custom introduction.
We are looking for you as:
has a completed and approved high school diploma. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You have previously worked with customer service or customer service of some kind.
It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role before with good results or if you are used to working towards set goals in some form. B driving license and access to a car are meritorious.
In this position, we believe that your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive and perform in the role of customer service employee at Tele2. You are of course service-oriented and feel comfortable talking on the phone. Furthermore, you maintain a high quality in your work and perform the tasks carefully and structured. It is an advantage if you are fearless and thrive in a role with many different tasks.
