The service
Your overall task is to strengthen our market position at the regional level, but the right person will also be a resource in regional sales projects. You do this by working proactively with our customers to develop long-term relationships and business-oriented solutions. You will offer attractive and competitive environmental solutions that are within the treatment of contaminated soil and recycling of construction waste. The market in the southern region is anchored locally through our facility in Malmö, where you create customer relationships and solutions that are crucial for our continued sales growth. The service also means that you:

  • Mapping, searching and booking meetings with existing and potential customers for increased market share
  • Continuous customer care and development of existing customers
  • Offers and follows up on your submitted quotes in our business system
  • Ensures good cooperation internally
  • Participates in relevant networking activities and trade fairs to create and build relationships in the industry

Your profile
We are looking for you who have worked in a similar role and have experience of independently conducting sales and marketing work. We are happy to see that you prioritize satisfied customers, quality and long-term.

You also need to be flexible, unpretentious and solution-oriented and happy to cut wherever needed. As our Malmö facility is a small organization, you become an important player. Your colleagues describe you as a committed team player with social skills.

Our customers are in both the private and public sectors.

Industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement. You have an interest in the industry and its materials. The right person with the right experience is more important than formal competence.


  • You have an education at least upper secondary school level and master Swedish in speech and writing very well
  • Good computer skills and preferably experience of business systems
  • At least about five years’ experience from sales positions in the field
  • You have a B driving license
