JLG is now investing long-term in developing and expanding their Service and Aftermarket operations throughout the Nordic region.
TasksIn the role of service coordinator at JLG, you will support, administer and coordinate all activities related to customer care, technical service and support. You receive incoming service assignments for the business. You coordinate, plan and distribute the service assignments to the staff and ensure that they are carried out. You will also ensure planning and scheduling of service technicians, contractors and workshop staff, as well as manage the workflow from the time a case is opened to the invoicing point. You will report directly to the service manager.
Education, experience and personal qualities
- Experience from a coordinating / coordinated professional role, for example in organizational planning.
- Good system and computer skills in the Office package.
- B driving license.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
- Qualifying with technical knowledge, preferably in mechanical engineering or vehicle construction.
- Qualified with experience in Salesforce, Mapics, MDS and ServiceBench.
